I had been looking for the perfect dining table for weeks and found Santosa furniture had so many on display. All very modern and beautifully built furniture. The staff are very helpful. They allowed us to customise our dining table with the table top that we wanted with different table legs. Although it took 6 months to come from overseas, it is exactly what we wanted and the wood is gorgeous. So happy.

I absolutely love the nazca coffee table and azalea side tables I bought from Santosa Furniture Warehouse. James went above and beyond to find a courier who would deliver these items to me in Cairns for a reasonable price and stayed in touch with me to provide updates on courier movements and to ensure they arrived safely. I can’t speak highly enough of Santosa Furniture Warehouse’s customer service, quality of furniture and sale value. I’ll certainly shop through their online store again.

Efficient service and great customer care team. Ordered the Marroon LHF chaise 1.5 + 1.5 seated couch and it came within a week. Couch is very comfy and gives of beautiful coastal vibes. I forgot to request brackets but they express shipped them to me with instructions and even helped me after hours to put it together. Very satisfied with both the product and customer service and will definitely reccomend Santosa in the future.

Couldn’t recommend Santosa highly enough. The entire experience has been amazing. The lovely James and Sam in the showroom were so helpful and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They were very accommodating with delivery for a day that I was able to be home. Michael the owner delivered and put the lounge together with another gentleman (I didn’t catch his name). Michael is so lovely! They put the lounge together, exactly where I wanted and took the packaging away. I will definitely be back to purchase more pieces. Price very reasonable and amazing quality.

First time I went to look at the lounge I saw online, I was there for about an hour looking at the different colours and materials, sitting and laying on the lounge.. Staff were really nice to deal with, didn’t rush me, weren’t pushy like some other places, so having time to look and be by myself thinking was great. Second time I went, same thing, I like to be really sure of something before purchasing. And James helping at Santosa is super nice. Then when I got it delivered the owner was delivering with one of the drivers. Had a chit chat while he removed packaging from the lounge and showed me a sample of how to scotchgaurd the lounge. Which is very helpful. Tip: with lounge packaging cardboard -you can water down the boxes and then are able to pack it altogether then go in your bins. They don’t take rubbish for you. Experience was pleasant.

Santosa furniture were an absolute pleasure to purchase from. I purchased my lounge online at 11pm on Friday night. They were going to deliver within a week which was already amazing, but when I asked if there was any chance they could do it earlier because we didn't currently have any lounge, they went above and beyond and found a way to get it to me on the Monday morning, 48 hours after I purchased! The Noosa Chaise lounge is so beautiful. It's so soft and great quality. The delivery person was really helpful and friendly and professional. I couldn't fault any part or person involved in the purchase and I'm so happy with my new lounge. Thank you Santosa for a 5 star experience and lounge! We purchased the Marshmallow lounge from the Penrith store. The lounges are all very comfortable! Service was great, no pushy sales people, just available for assistance and advice when needed. Delivery was great and with the set up package, they put the lounge together and took all rubbish!

The quality of the lounge has exceeded all expectations and the price is an absolute steal! All the staff I delt with were lovely and helpful. We were advised on the day that the delivery driver unfortunately was unwell, so the owner delivered the lounge himself! (we’re in Newcastle). I cannot recommend this company or their staff more. I just purchased a new swivel arm chair for my office space and it is perfect! It’s extremely comfortable, the material is really soft and great quality and the colour is perfect. The service I received in store was incredible as well. Both team members assisted me by wrapping my new chair in plastic for transport, helping me into the car (I am currently heavily pregnant) and letting me know to reach out to them if I had any concerns. Michael from Santosa is an absolute legend. We bought the amazing Spade buffet and had an issue with the original delivery that Michael personally sorted out. He was very professional and friendly and took a vested interest in ensuring all was rectified. The Spade buffet is an amazing piece and suits our tribal ish decor perfectly. Beautifully crafted at a very reasonable price. Can't recommend the Spade and Santosa highly enough. Cheers.

James coordinated delivery from Sydney to their Brisbane warehouse within 4 business days. The local contact at the Brisbane warehouse made it easy to coordinate a quick collection. I had never heard of Santosa prior to buying a bookshelf from them, but on the basis of my experience this week, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to others. Everyone I dealt with was polite, efficient and accommodating of my needs. With some reservations, I bought the bookcase online, but within an hour, someone had called to arrange delivery and within 24 hours, it’d been installed and was ready for use. (It’s also worth noting that we don’t live anywhere near the Santosa showroom.) This was actually my third attempt to buy a bookshelf. The first two - sold by Santosa’s competitors - were infinitely more expensive and the post-sales service was disgraceful. By contrast, the staff at Santosa under-promised and over-delivered at every point in the sales process. I would’ve saved myself a lot of headaches if I’d come here first. I’ll definitely be doing that next time.

I found our beautiful lounge online. I was contacted by the store to ask if I could wait a few months so that all prices I purchased would be from the same source of leather so they would be perfect to which I agreed. I was worried because it seemed like such good value for money but I trusted the reviews and went with it. We picked it up in Sydney yesterday in the pouring rain and met the fabulous, dedicated staff who helped us load and showed us the showroom in Paramatta. There was so much beautiful furniture there- unique pieces that were both practical and high quality. Thumbs up guys!!!

I recently purchase a gorgeous well designed and well made 2.7 metre wide solid timber TV unit from Sentosa and paid a very reasonable price for it to be delivered from their Sydney store to our Mollymook Beach holiday home in the south coast of NSW, which included carrying it up a curved and complicated stairway to our living area upstairs (not an easy feat) and have it unpacked and have its feet fitted. I could not be happier with the product, the service and support from the management and staff for making the whole process seamless from purchase to delivery and installation. Absolutely 5 stars from me!

Top quality plush sofa’s at a fraction of the price of other high quality outlets… I bought the Marroon left hand chaise sofa on special. It is such a nice sofa, the online photos do not do it justice. And the price is the lowest for high quality. I did a lot of research. This business really looks after its customers as well. Fantastic delivery service, they unpacked and put everything together for me. Took away all the packing. Even sprayed the sofa with fabric protector all over.
