- We have shipments arriving on a regular basis so it will depend on the item/s you select. Some will be available in 2 weeks, some in 10-12 weeks. It all depends on which item(s) you are looking to purchase?

- Yes, we deliver to most areas. Delivery fees will be displayed at the checkout prior to payment and order completion. Please review these before you confirm your order. If you live outside our standard delivery area, you will not see any delivery charge at check out, in this instance, please contact our team on 02 7256 8248 or on online chat support service to receive a quote.
How long does delivery take?
- For instock items delivery times can vary and may take up to 14 business days based on your location. If you reside in Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, and Wollongong surrounding area, you can typically anticipate receiving your order within a swift 2 to 5 working days. Interstate orders take 5 to 7 working days to be delivered to metro areas of capital cities, regional areas may take 10 to 14 working days.
Can I pick up the order myself?
- Certainly! You’re more than welcome to swing by and collect your order in person. Just remember to give us a call in advance to book a pickup date, as we operate from various warehouse locations, each catering to specific product ranges. Before making the trip, it’s a good idea to take a look at the product dimensions of your item(s) in the website listing page to make sure they’ll fit comfortably in your vehicle.
Can I send my friend or a courier to pick up my order?
- Absolutely! You have the option to arrange your own courier for the collection of your items from our warehouses. - We hold stock of the sofas in the fabric as per the images seen on our website.
- Yes, we certainly can order your new lounge in your preferred leather or fabric choice. Lead time is around 12-14 weeks for special order.
Do youcustom make furniture?
- Generally speaking, we don’t offer traditional custom made. However, with our TIMBER PRODUCTS we do offer different sizes of tables &some other timber products. We also offer numerous colour options.
- LOUNGES & OCCASIONAL CHAIRS, whilst we cannot change sizes, we have a large selection of fabric & leather options that can be used to create your own looks.
